Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges up to 7 days from the date purchased or upon delivered for on-line sales. The item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs and unfortunately cannot pay for the cost of the return postage. Sale items and jewelry are Final Sale.Â
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, jewelry or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
